Our project renews the idea of compactness and diversity in the city through the creation of districts within a network of intermediate public spaces that in turn lead to mixed-used clusters each with their own shared private opens spaces. The project was informed by typological research and surrounding neighborhood analysis to fully contextual the project within Bogota as a shifting urban territory. The project represents the largest single urban intervention to-date in the capital and as such has the potential to re-image the way Bogotanos relate to their urban experience.
