Literature Review of Consumer, Community and Lifestyle Service Delivery

This is literature review focusing on China with regards to various aspects of consumer, community and lifestyle service delivery. It was developed in conjunction with an investigation of supply and demand of these services within small cities and towns in Zhejiang Province.
